By Fax:
Fax your order to (814) 238-3415, 24 hours a day.

All orders must be prepaid — no C.O.D.s. Visa and Mastercard accepted on phone and fax orders*; Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and money orders accepted with mail orders* (please do not send cash).

PA residents — Don't forget to add 6% Pennsylvania State Sales Tax (no tax on out-of-state orders).

* The above mentioned payment methods are accepted on orders in the continental United States only. International orders must be purchased via certified cashier's check. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please add a one-time $7 shipping and handling fee when ordering items that indicate "PLUS S/H."
